REAR WHEEL CARRIER

Hello i have a 313 cdi which i want to put on a spare wheel carrier on the back door which allows the door to still open.
how does the frame conect to the hinges and to the rear door.

another question. we have 225-70-15 tires if we only go up a size to 235-75-15 will it fit in the original wheel carrier
under the body at the rear.
