Liebe Gemeinde,
I have a 2020 211 CDI that I am converting as a van.
I need to power a Orion TR 12/12/9 DC-DC converter that will charge my batteries when the engine is running and I want to do so using the 12 volts connections that are under the driver's seat of my Sprinter because I installed my Orion converter on the back face of the driver's seat console.
Before running futher away, I removed my driver's seat and found out that there is a big 12 volts cable comming from elsewhere that is welded to 4 identical smaller sections cables that supply the F55/1 fuse panel. Each of those cable supply a 3 fuses bus bar
I assume that the cross section of the 4 identical cable is 6 square mill. Am I right ?
The first of them supplies only the rear view camera thru a 5 amp fuse located in position 4. I would like to add a fuse, either on position 5 or 6, on that bus bar to supply, thru a 15 amp fuse my Orion converter.
Could you please tell me how I can add a fuse socket into a fuse panel.
Best regards, Patrick

This should answer your questions.
Part numbers are for the 906 (NCV3), but AFAIK MB didn't change the connectors on the 907/910(VS30).
