Erweichung der Vorderachse - Iglhaut

Ich grusse alle,
mein Deutsch is nicht gut, so est tut mi leid dass ich Google Übersetzer verwenden, entschuldigen Sie mich bitte, ich hoffe, dass Sie meine frage verstehen.. Mein problem is die Harte der Vorderachse auf mein Iglhaut. Ich möchte die vorderen Stoßdämpfer ändern und so etwas wie “coil springs” zu benutzen. Glauben sie es hilft? Ich denke das Problem ist in komplette Lagerung - kann ich es senken ein bisschen und den gesamten Dämpfer ersetzen (mit Federn)? Achleitner gab Federn an den vorderen Stoßdämpfer, aber ich weiß nicht, ob der Laden ist gleich geblieben, und das Auto war dann weichere..

Ich hoffe die Frage richtig verstanden zu haben!? Die Vorderachsfeder ist zu hart?
Der Luftdruck in den Vorderrädern spielt eine große Rolle:
Weicher: Angenehmer zu fahren- aber Gefahr von Reifenschäden bei hoher Geschwindigkeit- im Gelände richtig. (bei mir vorne 2,8- 2,0 bar/ hinten 3,3- 2,5 bar)
Härter: Besser für den Reifen- ev. über Schwingsitz nachdenken. (bei mir vorne 3,2 bar/ hinten 3,8 bar
Eine Änderung der Vorderachsfeder ist nicht möglich. Achleitner und Iglhaut haben nichts miteinander zu tun.
Andere Stoßdämpfer kann man einbauen- habe es aber nicht gemacht.
Ev. bei Iglhaut anfragen ob eine Änderung möglich ist.
Zur Erklärung: Oberaigner ist der Mercedesallrad- Achleitner ist ein Iglhautnachbau mit weitaußenliegenden Schraubenfedern- Iglhaut hat eine eigene Querblattfeder (die heute auch keine Probleme mehr macht). Iglhaut war der erste Allradumbauer!

Hallo und danke für die Antwort,
Ich habe bereits (Reifendruck und Sitz) versucht, aber es hat nicht geholfen. Ich dachte, die Gummilager zu entfernen und neue Dämpfer mit Feder wie "coil springs" formen..

ist die Feder der Vorderachse Dir jetzt zu hart oder zu weich?

Ok, then I think we do our conversation in english...
Do you know how much travel your front axel have actuallly to the plastic bumpers?
Maybe you are already setting (near) the bumpers an on each hole you are crashing into them?
I changed the original parts to the so called AirCell bumpers from Goldschmitt.
Maybe this could be an idea for your problem?

I hope other Sprinter-Forum users will join our englich threat!...

the yellow bumpers are new 150000km ago..I think this car should be like offroad but know i feel like a sport car..The same way is in offroad condition every small hole or stone i feel really much in it and i must go really really slowly. I already take out mine rear stabilizator because it is more comfortable..i don't care which way i will fix it or convert it...But this situation is not really good.. thank you...

Hm... ok, a Sprinter isn't a real offroad car but it chould be easiely possible to go on dirt roads and forest paths without having a broken neck
Is it possible for you to provide a picture of your front axle? Interesting could be the look onto the 'yellow bumpers' you told.
On my 4x2 (316CDI from 2011) I have about some millimeters between these bumpers (Goldschmitt's AirCell) and the axel arm (on flat road).

Another source for a solution of your problem could be the US sprinter source. Maybe there are some other/more ideas...

yes i agree its not a real offroad but you can drive without broken neck here is the pictures...i don't think it will be really soft but know it is really annoying ..maybe not the original yellow bumpers will be more softly thank original one..did anyone change it in iglhaut for the Goldsmith?thank you

Ok... If I interpret your 2nd picture correct I would say there is no space on the yellow bumper. I think this isn't correct. There should be at least some millimetres of space to move for the axle. Had you checked your front feather? I know some guy's who broke them and their symptoms are nearby your...
Maybe you can send the picture to 'Opa_R' here in the forum. I think he has great experience with T1 Sprinters.

sory for late answer..I think in iglhaut version it is normal that there is no space between the axel and a yellow bumper..But i am really not sure..front feathers are i think without problem ...Ok i will try to send him the picture ...thank you for your help...
